Ten Case-officers Handle One and a Half Cases a Week

On 22 October 2012 Ms Leia Raams, Compliance Officer, said she got my complaint last week and wrote to the department for information. That means from 20 September to 16 October in four weeks only six cases completed. That is about 1.5 cases per week, 80 cases annually. That is much slower than the previous estimation. That is an officer needs about six weeks to handle one case.
